1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DearBuys website (dearbuys.com) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
• Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may occur
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and are subject to change

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) — no advance payment required
• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp within 1 hour of placement
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled
• Please inspect your product before making payment to the delivery agent

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges and timeframes are listed on our Shipping Information page. DearBuys is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is available on the Returns & Refunds page. Returns must be initiated within the stated window, with products in original unused condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DearBuys — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of DearBuys and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DearBuys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of DearBuys after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
